UUC-7
The Universal Unitary Controller (UUC-7) is a flexible, self-contained control module used in the Field Commander Building Management System to provide distributed Direct Digital Control (DDC) for HVAC and other systems. It can be easily configured via software, eliminating the need for multiple hardware variants.
The UUC7 combines high-performance processing with scalable networking, making it the ideal backbone for modern, connected building management
The UUC can operate on its own or as part of a larger network, supporting up to 40 controllers on each of the Field Commander 7’s 15 U-LAN segments while remaining compatible with legacy 120-controller systems. Its network flexibility allows controllers to share commands, integrate with Field Commanders, and provide full access to any point on the U-LAN through a local PC or internet connection. With the added processing power of the 7-Series, the UUC can use expansion I/O modules or function as a BACnet Client, enabling economical I/O growth and smooth integration with existing BACnet-based facilities.
