The Field Commander 7 (FC7) is a microprocessor-based building automation and energy management system capable of controlling energy and demand using remotely located unitary controllers. The system performs the functions of scheduling equipment, demand limiting, duty cycling, monitoring, reporting, trend logging, and control strategies.

The Field Commander 7 is a powerful facility coordination controller featuring a multitasking processor, maintenance-free SuperCAP™ timekeeping, and optional onboard I/O to simplify installation. It manages up to 600 unitary controllers across 15 U-LAN networks, with Ethernet access for local or remote connection and a built-in HTML5 web interface for setup, graphics, and daily operations. Designed for comprehensive building management, it handles scheduling, monitoring, reporting, trend logging, and energy-based control strategies, while optional BACnetTCP Server capability enables smooth integration with existing BACnet systems.
