Analog Expansion Module
The Analog Expansion Module (AEM provides 8 additional Universal Inputs and 8 additional Analog Outputs. These additional I/O points can alleviate the need to purchase an additional Unitary Controller to pick up a few extra inputs and can eliminate the complex cross-unitary programming required in the past. The S-LAN is capable of addressing up to fifteen expansion modules, providing a fully equipped controller with 120 additional inputs and 120 additional outputs.
The AEM makes I/O expansion easy, combining universal 0–10 V inputs and outputs with intuitive addressing and seamless integration
The AEM delivers eight universal 0–10 V inputs and outputs for flexible equipment sensing and control, with selectable addresses from 2–16 that map directly into the host controller’s point space. When left at address 0, it runs in a basic “Follow-mode,” linking each input to its corresponding output for simple, non-programmed control. Housed in a DIN-rail-ready plastic enclosure with clear labeling and color-coded power connectors, the AEM supports both DC (20–30 V) and AC (24 VAC) power, making installation straightforward and reliable.
